We are proud that Mr. Loquvam was just informed by the Department of Veterans Affairs in the Office of the General Counsel in Washington DC, that they are happy to welcome Joel an an accredited attorney to prepare, present and prosecute claims for veterans benefits before the Department of Veteran Affairs. 

Joel not only is always staying current with his educational responsibilities as an attorney, but he also looks to expand his capacity to take care of a greater variety of people.  Joel says, "I love challenges and why not be able to take care of more people, if i could do so."  Joel also commented that as an attorney, it is critical that he create a life that if far beyond just going through the motions.  "I am here to make a difference, and that's exactly what I intend to do!"
